Favorite recipe: Sugar-free ketchup

Sugar-free ketchup
Preparation time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 1 onion 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 6–8 sun-dried tomatoes 1 tube of tomato paste, a little concentrated apple juice (naturally cloudy, unsweetened) sea saltpreparation
Chop the onion and sun-dried tomatoes. Heat olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add tomatoes and heat briefly so that the aroma can develop. Add tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with aceto balsamic vinegar. Add a medium-sized dash of apple juice (depending on your sweetness needs). Season with a good pinch of sea salt. Finely puree the ketchup with the hand blender or in the food processor and season to taste again. Finished! Enjoy it - ideally with a large portion of sweet potato fries :)!
